This expanded and enhanced offering is designed to enable professionals to build both technical and strategic skills in response to market shifts. In light of rapid advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence, the House of Training has introduced programmes that not only bolster technical abilities but also the soft skills essential for thriving in a dynamic environment.
Training formats have also evolved, with a growing selection of blended learning options, now encompassing 74 courses. This hybrid format provides flexibility for organisations by combining face-to-face sessions with e-learning.
In addition, 22 new professional profiles have been added to the 2025 catalogue, raising the number of courses targeting specific professions to 77.
