Need to Report a Fraud? Call 49 10 10 –Available 24/7

To better protect you from financial fraud, the ABBL and its member banks, in partnership with Worldline and LuxTrust, have extended the services of the 49 10 10 hotline.

Whether it’s phishing, smishing, credit card theft, or suspicious transactions, you can now call 49 10 10 anytime—day or night—to take action immediately.

During business hours, you can still contact your bank or LuxTrust directly. Outside these hours—weeknights, weekends, holidays—the hotline ensures that you’re never left unprotected.

The 49 10 10 hotline can:

  • Confirm suspected fraud with you.
  • Block your bank cards.
  • Connect you with LuxTrust to revoke or suspend certificates.
  • Notify your bank of the incident.

This initiative is part of ABBL’s Task Force Phishing Prevention and includes several major Luxembourg banks. A second phase will soon expand the service to include account blocking as well.

Be vigilant. Be protected. Save the number: 49 10 10.
