Sustainability Committee

The Sustainability Committee aims to engaging strategic dialogue with its Members and closely monitor sustainable finance developments. It also serves as a knowledge sharing platform and ensure adequate coverage and communication about the main topics for Luxembourg Banking sector, including corporate social responsibility and financial education areas.

Mission

  • Act as steering committee for Sustainability within the scope of the ABBL
  • Serve as platform for exchanges with banks and key external stakeholders
  • Strengthen coordination between industry associations active in Sustainability
  • Ensure adequate coverage of main sustainability topics for the Luxembourg financial sector
  • Define terms of reference and key topics for working groups and approve outputs
  • Discuss ABBL advocacy strategies
